New Customer

How to register?

Before you start coin order booking, you need to register yourself with us and give us information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. Registering at www.igmint.org/database/customer.asp  is absolutely easy and comfortable. You have to register once. All you have to do is follow the below mentioned steps :

1.       When you register at www.igmint.org/database/customer.asp , you will be asked to provide your Basic Information and a valid Unique Email address. This information will be kept private with us.

2.       An email will be sent to your email address confirming that Registration is Complete.

How to buy (Shopping Cart System)
When you have made a decision to Buy the Product, Click on the Add to cart.  System will ask you to log in with your user id and password. If you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the Shipping Address Page. In case you want to make additional purchases before you "Make Payment", you can add other item to your Cart using "Continue Shopping". Your Shopping Cart allows you to Change the Quantities and Remove the Products before Proceeding to Check out. You can also go back to Shopping page from this page.

Shipping Address
Once you have decided to Buy all you need to do is Specify the Address where you want the product to be shipped. Your Shipping Address will be prepopulated from your Registration address, which can be edited. If you want to send the item at a different address, you can specify the same on the Shipping Address Page

How to Complete the Order?
Refer below a few steps to complete your Order

Sign in or Create an Account
If you are a registered member with www.igmint.org  enter your email address and password and Sign In. If this is your First Purchase from www.igmint.org  Click the “New Customer?” option and Register with us. You will be taken to the next page (List of products available for order bookings)

Choose Item to buy
A list of available items for order booking will be given. Choose the item as per your choice and click on the “Add to Cart”.

Choose Shipping Address
You need to specify the address where you wish to Ship the Items. The Shipping Address, by default will be the Address you have specified at the Time of Registration.

Shopping Cart
Review the items in your Shopping Cart. You can remove a particular product from the Shopping Cart in case you have changed your mind. You can add another item in shopping cart, just click on ”Continue Shopping” button and you will taken to list of products page. Alternatively you can change the Quantity. Once you have made a final decision on Items you want to buy in the Shopping Cart and ready to place an order Click “Make Payment”. You will be taken to the payment details page (Payment Gateway page provided by banker).

 

Using your Account

What if I have forgotten my Password?
If you don’t remember your Password, Use the Forgot Password Link on the Login Page. All you need to do is specify your email address and answer the Hint Question. Password recovery page will prompt you the password after getting correct hint question's answer.

How Can I Change my Password?
If you want to Change your Password, you need to Click on the Change Password Link after Log-in. All you need to do is Update the New Password that requires to be changed and confirm the same. Once the Password is changed a Confirmation email will be sent on your email address specified at the time of registration.

How Can I edit my Personal details?
If you wish to Edit the Personal details specified at the time of registration, you need to click on “Edit Profile” after Log-in.

What do I do if I have forgotten the User Id?
Your User Id on www.igmint.org  is your Email address given at the time of registration. If you have forgotten the email address then you will need to register again with www.igmint.org

 
Shipping Related

What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?

Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?
Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a  Shipment Address which may differ from Registration Address.

Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

 

Order Related

How do I Track my Order?
You will be informed about your Order Status at every stage through an email. However you may enquire the order status on our contact number 91-033-28683889.

What should I do if the Product I ordered has reached me in a damaged/defective condition?
We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item only after getting insurance cost from shipment agent. You are requested to forward a copy complain memo to us in such case and contact us at
91-033-28683889.

I have placed an order for a item? When will my items be delivered?
Please refer to http://www.igmint.org/listcoin.asp . You will be informed about your Order Status at every stage through an email. However you may enquire the order status on contact number 91-033-28683889

Can I Change the details of my Order?
You cannot change the details once the Order is placed.

How can I cancel my Order?
Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

What should I do if my Order has been delivered early or late?
We make best possible effort to ensure that the Products are delivered in time. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. You may enquire on contact number 91-033-28683889.

What should I do if I get something else instead of my Order?
We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your Shipping Address. However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we will arrange for the correction at an early date. In such case kindly contact at
