Terms and Conditions:-
 
 

1.

Order form duly filled in shall be sent to Mint along with full payment in advance including packing, forwarding & postage charges by Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque payble at Kolkata, on any Schedule Commercial Bank drawn in favour of  "INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT, KOLKATA, (A UNIT OF SPMCIL)". Cheques will not be accepted.
     
 

2.

Orders can be placed directly by Foreign Nationals against advance payment in U.S. Dollars. Separate order form is available at Kolkata Mint.
 
  Booking Period:-
 

From 01/03/2008 to 31/07/2008. No order will be accepted after the last date of booking.
     
   Delivery:-
 

Within 12 months from close of booking.
 
NOTE :
 
  1. All transactions are subject to "Kolkata Jurisdiction."
     
  2. Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
     
  3. The Mint reserves the right not to accept an order either in whole or in part.
     
  4. Only I.G. Mint Kolkata will sell these Proof / Uncirculated coin sets /Coins.
     
  5.

The purchase of above coins/sets will not bestow permission for export thereof which is regulated by special order issued from time to time.
     
  6.

The I.G. Mint Kolkata reserves the right to extend or discontinue/stop booking of coins without notice depending upon the production capacity and price of metal etc.
     
  7.

I.G. Mint Kolkata will make efforts to deliver all the coin sets booked as per delivery schedule. However, due to unforeseen reasons if the delivery is affected and delayed. The Mint reserves the right to extend delivery period.
     
  8.

I.G. Mint Kolkata will not be responsible for the delay or loss of coins/coin set despatched by post and the claim for substitute coins/coin sets will not be entertained unless & until postal authorities refund the insured amount.
     
  9.

The despatched parcel, if returned by the postal authorities, will be redespatched only on receipt of fresh postal charges for the sets.
     
  10. Changes in duty and taxes/vat will be on actual.
     
  11. Any change in delivery address should be informed immediately.
